If you have a spacious living room or a combined living and dining area, then the 193 cm wide unit completely fills the wall, without creating the effect of a “divided” wall, as is the case with several separate cabinets.

What is the uniqueness of the FW-04 long chest of drawers?

Instead of a whole set of furniture, it’s a single piece. A width of 193 cm, a height of 85 cm and a depth of only 40 cm create a low, elongated horizon that organizes the space along the wall and visually expands the room. This solution is well known from interior design: one long piece of furniture instead of several short ones gives the living room a more relaxed, “architectural” character.

The light directs the gaze along the recesses. Energy—saving interior lighting (class A++) highlights the line of irregular spatial recesses on the facades – in the evening, a long chest of drawers turns into a light installation extending across the entire wall. The Vincenza oak trim on the 18 mm thick MDF facades contrasts with the black interior trim, black back panel and metal base; the whole set is suitable for modern, minimalist and Japanese interiors.

The workmanship is impeccable. The 16 mm thick laminate countertop is veneered along all four edges, a detail that is visible and noticeable every day on a two–meter-long countertop. The edges of the case are protected by an ABS plastic edge to prevent chipping, the doors open on hidden hinges, and the furniture is mounted on metal legs, which makes it easier to vacuum under it. The furniture is made in Poland at the Lenart factory, which has been designing and manufacturing furniture for three decades.

How to use the FW-04 long chest of drawers in interior design?

The 193 cm wide design of the main wall of the living room allows you to use the chest of drawers as a low structure: you can hang a large-format painting or a gallery of frames above the countertop, and in the evening the lighting will replace the lamp to create a cozy atmosphere.

The boundary between the living and dining areas – in open–plan apartments – is defined by a long, low (height 85 cm), which does not block the light from the windows.

Buffet for family gatherings – two-meter shelves will hold a full set of dishes and tablecloths for special occasions, and the tabletop will turn into a serving buffet during the holidays.

A stand for a large TV designed for viewing from a distance – if the sofa is located at a distance of 3 m, the table top height of 85 cm will be optimal; if you are watching from a close distance and prefer a lower line, choose a TV stand FW-05 of the same width.
